This petition is filed to condone the delay of 130 days in filing this Appeal as against the Judgment and Decree in MCOP No.183/2016 dt.08.08.2019 on the file of MACT Tribunal Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nagapattinam.

2.R1 remained ex-parte before the Tribunal. Hence, notice to R1 is dispensed with.

3.M/s.S.T.P.Kuil Mozhi, learned counsel takes notice for the second respondent.

4.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4.The Registry is directed to number the above C.M.A.SR.No.16055 of 2021, if the papers are otherwise in order.
