Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000- (Rupees Two lakhs only) to the credit of Crime No.479 of 2018, before the concerned Magistrate, within a period of four weeks from the date on which the order copy made ready imposed in Crl.OP.No.1594 of 2019 order dated 28/01/2019 on the file of this Hon'ble Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.THENRAJAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz, ADDL. PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Court while granting anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.1594 of 2019 dated 28.01.2019, directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/-(Rupees Two Lakhs Only) to the credit of Crime No.479 of 2018, within a period of four weeks from the date on which the order copy made ready.

2.The petitioner was not complied with the same, has come forward with the present petition seeking modification of the said condition. 2.Hence, this Court is not inclined to modify the said condition imposed by this Court. However, considering the financial position of the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant two more weeks to comply with the said condition from today (i.e., on or before 25.02.2019). Failing which, the anticipatory bail granted to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner shall stand automatically cancelled without any further reference to this Court.
