ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner application dated 29.06.2020 and issue Adangal Certificate in Survey No.311, situated at Periyappati Village, Udumallaipettai Taluk.
2. The case of the petitioner is that, the petitioner has sent an application to the 1st respondent dated 29.06.2020 seeking for Adangal Certificate for the above said survey number. Since, there was no response from the 1st respondent, he sent a letter to the 2nd respondent dated 27.10.2020 about the pendency of the application which was sent to the 1st respondent dated 29.06.2020 requesting the 2nd respondent to direct the 1st respondent to issue Adangal Certificate for the abovementioned survey number. When that being so, the petitioner sent several letters to the 3rd and 2/6
4th respondents. Since, no action has been taken by the respondents, he has approached this Court seeking for the aforesaid relief.

Though very many grounds have been raised, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has already made payment to the Land Revenue and he is ready and willing to pay the further amount to the land revenue for issuance of chitta and Adangal certificate and it would suffice if this Court issues a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioners representation dated 29.06.2020 and pass orders on merits within a particular time frame fixed by this Court.
4. The learned Special Government Pleader for respondents has no objection for said order being passed.
5. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioners representation dated 29.06.2020 for issuance of patta, chitta and adangal certificate after paying the necessary charges to the land revenue and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
