SASIDHARAN,J.] This intra Court appeal is directed against the order dated 10.07.2012 in W.P.No.17447 of 2012 directing the appellants to regularise the services of the respondents on the basis of the Government Order in G.O.Ms.No.22, P & AR Department dated 28.02.2006 with all attendant service benefits including arrears.

2. When the intra Court appeal is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate on instruction submitted that nothing survives for adjudication in view of the compliance of the order.
