This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.02.2022 and to direct the second respondent, not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry without due process of law.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that on the complaint given by the defacto complainant viz., Ponnusamy, petition enquiry was conducted by the second respondent in CSR.No.410 of 2021 and the same was closed. The same is recorded.

3.It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondents shall not call the petitioner in the guise of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

enquiry and harass her.

4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
