(Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) This petition is ordered.

2.We find that the appellant has calculated Court Fees at 3% as per the amended provisions of the Court Fees Act, but this Court has held that the Court Fee has to be paid only at 7.5%, since the suit was instituted prior to the amendment of the Court Fees Act. Mr.Sridhar, leaned counsel appearing for the appellant would submit that he would make good the deficiency, if sufficient time is granted.

3. Considering the fact that this question is raised by us, the appellant is granted four weeks time to make good the Court Fee and the Registry is directed to number the Appeal once the deficiency in the Court Fee is made good by the appellant.
