This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Poonamallee in Crl.M.P.No.1 of 2026 dated 07.01.2026.

2. It is seen that, the learned Judicial Magistrate has granted bail with a condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every day at 10.30.a.m., for a period of 30 days, however, petitioner has complied for 24 days and filed the present petition seeking modification. Hence, this Court is not inclined to modify the said condition.
