Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, for issuance of writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for records relating to the first respondent's order made in Na.Ka.No.368/2009/A2 dated 12.03.2010, to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to regularise the services of the petitioners in their respective posts and to extend them with all benefits both service and monetary and to pass such further or other order as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the correctness of the impugned order cancelling the appointment orders of the petitioners herein.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned counsel for the first respondent and the learned Standing Counsel for the second respondent.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.A.Arumugam, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent has submitted a copy of the letter dated 26.05.2011 signed by all the petitioners herein giving consent to withdraw this writ petition.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioners has also stated that the matter may be disposed of based on the letter given by the petitioners dated 26.05.2011.

5.In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
