Today the matter has been listed under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. This petition was filed seeking acceptance of the cause title as set out in the appeal.

3. Since we had pointed out certain errors in the application, the learned counsel made an endorsement to withdraw this petition. While permitting him to withdraw this petition, we had inadvertently stated that the AS.Sr. will stand rejected.

4. The learned counsel would submit that it is only this petition for acceptance of cause title that was withdrawn and not the AS.Sr. The incorporation of the following sentence "Consequently, A.S.Sr.No.99432 of 2023 stands rejected" is a mistake.

5. Hence, the said sentence in the order dated 08.04.2024 will stand deleted.
