J, This Miscellaneous petition has been filed to bring on record the legal representatives of the original appellant who died during the pendency of the appeal.

2.This Court has already condoned the delay in representation application in C.M.P.No.1010 of 2025 dated 05.06.2025.

Further, since the reliefs sought by the appellant are to be adjudicated in the Second Appeal and also considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the present miscellaneous petition is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment and list the matter for final hearing after two weeks.
