This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks, thereafter every saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P. No.30052 of 2024 dated 02.12.2024.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offences, the condition imposed on the petitioners that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks, thereafter every saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P. No.30052 of 2024 dated 02.12.2024, is relaxed. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and 2/4
