Electricity Distribution Board, consequently direct the respondent to conduct an enquiry on the petitioner's representation dated 23.08.2021 by giving an opportunity to the petitioner, to fix an average consumption charge for the above bill based on the last six months electricity bill of the petitioner. In both W.P.'s For Petitioner : Mr.V.R.Anna Gandhi For Respondent : No appearance C O M M O N O R D E R Mr.V.R.Anna Gandhi, learned counsel on record for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner does not wish to pursue these Writ Petitions.
