Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents to produce body of detenue C.Kejalakshmi daughter of V.Chengalvarayan, aged about 19 years before this Court and to set her at liberty.

(Order of the Court made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents 1 and 2 2.The alleged detenue viz., C.Kejalakshmi, daughter of the petitioner is secured and produced before this Court by respondents 1 and 2. The father of the detenue, viz., the petitioner is also present before us.

3.On enquiry, the detenue said that she is a major, aged about 19 years and she married the third respondent and she expressed her https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

willingness to go along with the third respondent. 4.Recording the submission made by the alleged detenue that there is no illegal detention by the third respondent and she married the third respondent, this petition is closed as nothing further remains to be considered in this petition.
