Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honble Court by an order dated 12.02.2018 in C.M.P.No.1509 of 2018 in Cr.A.No.67 of 2018 that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate on the 1st working day of every English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.THIRUVENGADAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.RAVICHANDRAN Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court, by an order dated 12.02.2018 in C.M.P.No.1509 of 2018 in Crl.A.No.67 of 2018, granting suspension of sentence.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would contend that, the order of this Court dated 12.02.2018 has been complied with regularly and hence now the petitioner seeks to relax the conditions imposed by this Court.
