MAHADEVAN CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.1837 of 2020 IN CRL RC.621/2019 P.RAMAKRISHNAN [ PETITIONER / ACCUSED ] Vs KATHIRAVAN [ RESPONDENT ] Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax condition No.9(v) imposed in the order dated 02.07.2019 in Crl.M.P.No.8632/2019 in Crl.R.C.No.621/2019.[CRL.MP.NO.1837/2020] Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.S.VIJAYARAGAVAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This Court, vide order dated 02.07.2019, while granting suspension of sentence, has directed the petitioner to appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every month till the disposal of the aforesaid Criminal Revision. Seeking relaxation of the said condition, the petitioner has come up with this miscellaneous petition.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the aforesaid direction of this Court without any default.

3.Despite the service of notice, there is no representation for the respondent.

4.Taking note of the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.8632 of 2019 on 02.07.2019 directing the petitioner to appear before the trial below on the first working day of every month, until the disposal of the Revision case, is relaxed.
