ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.43 of 2020 registered by the respondent police for offences under Sections 143, 341 & 188 of IPC, as against the petitioners.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that investigation in this case has been completed and also filed final report by an order dated 25.02.2020 before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Rasipuram.

3. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However liberty is granted to the petitioners to challenge the final report in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
