AND MOHAMMED SHAFFIQ, J.

This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to condone the delay of 1832 days in filing the above appeal. 2.

Heard Mr.S.Doraiswamy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, who submitted that since the petitioner met with two accidents consecutively, he was not able to file the above appeal in time and hence, the delay has occurred.

3.

Mr.Stalin Abimanyu, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that he has no objection in allowing this petition seeking condonation of delay, if a condition to pay costs is imposed. 4.

Though this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, considering the huge delay in representing the above appeal, delay is condoned on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.2,000/- to the credit of Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Madras High Court, Chennai, within two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5.

Upon production of receipt for payment of costs, this civil miscellaneous petition stands ordered.
