Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records and to quash the impugned award dated 19.05.2009, I.D.No.621 of 2000, passed by I-Additional Labour Court, Chennai and directing the 2nd respondent to reinstate the petitioner with full back wages with continuity of service effect from 01.12.1998.

O R D E R

The award dated 19.05.2009, passed in I.D.No.621 of 2000, is under challenge in the present writ petition. 2.This Court passed an order dated 11.01.2012, as follows: "The above matter is listed today i.e., 11.01.2012, under the caption 'Default Cases', for non-compliance of the requirements of the Registry,including the payment of bata.

2.The Concerned counsels are directed to pay the batta and to comply with the other requirements of the Registry, on or before 25.01.2012, as a last chance, and to file proof of compliance, immediately, thereafter.

3.On non-compliance of the requirements of the Registry, on or before the specified date, as directed by this Court the W.P shall stand dismissed, automatically, in so far as the concerned respondent is concerned, without further reference to this Court."

2. Even after passing of the order by this Court, no notice was served to the first respondent Management. In view of the fact that the earlier order of this Court has not been complied with, no further adjudication is required.
