ORDER

This petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the FIR filed in Crime No.85 of 2014, dated 11.03.2014, on the file of the Inspector of Police,Umarabath Police Station, Ambur Taluk, Vellore District and quash the same.

2. The FIR registered under Section 107 of Cr.P.C, is the subject matter of challenge in this petition.

3. It is seen that the FIR was registered on 11.03.2014 and more than six years period is also completed and therefore, nothing survives in the FIR as on date.
