A.No.831 of 2022 A.No.831 of 2022 in CS.DR.No.5334 of 2022 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY.J., This application has been filed seeking to permit the applicant/plaintiff to sue in respect of the property mentioned in the schedule B suit property before this Court.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the applicants/plaintiffs would submit that the applicants/plaintiffs filed the suit for partition in respect of the Suit A and B schedule properties. He would further submit that the part of cause of action arouse within the jurisdiction of this Court where the schedule A property is situated within the jurisdiction of this Court and the schedule B property is situated at Villupuram, which is outside the jurisdiction of this Court. Hence, the learned counsel seeks permission to sue in respect of the B schedule mentioned property.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the applicants/plaintiffs and though schedule B property is situated outside the jurisdiction of this Court, since schedule A property is https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

A.No.831 of 2022 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY.J., Pns situated within the jurisdiction of this Court, this Court feels it appropriate to grant leave to sue the B schedule property together. Accordingly, this Court is inclined to allow this application.
