This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 2376 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 2nd appellant.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondents.

3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the petitioners are directed to pay a sum of Rs.1,500/-(Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred only) to the Tamil Nadu Legal Service Authority, Chennai, within a period of two weeks from the date of this order and on such payment the delay of 2376 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the second appellant is condoned.
