PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus, direct the respondents to produce the body or person of the detenu namely Ramesh (aged 32 years) Son of late Tirupathi before this court and set him at liberty forthwith, by calling for the records pertaining to the detention order Crl.MP.No.01/Black Marketer/2025 dated 11.01.2025 passed by the 2nd respondent, quash the same. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner, as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, by producing a copy of the Government Order in G.O.Rt.No.39, Co-operation, Food and Consumer Protection (E1) Department, dated 18.02.2025, submitted that the detention order has already been revoked.

2. Recording the said submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
