2. Today, inspite of the matter being listed under the caption "For Dismissal", there is no representation for the petitioner either in the pre-lunch or post-lunch session.

3. In view of the same, this Court is left with no other option except to dismiss the writ petition for non-prosecution. Accordingly, the same is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
