For Petitioners : Mr.L.Chandrakumar (in all cases) For Respondent : Mr.Djeerany, GA (Pondicherry) (in all cases) COMMON ORDER The present petitions are filed seeking to punish the respondents for having committed contempt of court by disobeying the orders of this Court dated 19.10.2012.

It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the orders of the Writ Court, against which the present contempt petitions have been filed, have been appealed before the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in W.A.Nos.69 to 74 of 2019 and by order dated 17.02.2020, the order of the Writ Court has been stayed.

3. Hence, it would not be appropriate for this Court to continue with the contempt proceedings, when the Hon'ble Division Bench has seized off the matter. Accordingly, the contempt petitions stand closed. However, if the petitioners are of the view that the disobedience continues even after the decision of the Hon'ble Division Bench, it is open to them to exercise their rights in accordance with law.
