Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that due to bonafide mistake, he has wrongly made an endorsement for withdrawing this Writ Petition instead of W.P. No. 35225 of 2019 filed through him, which was also listed on 09.01.2020 before this Court. 2.

Accepting the aforesaid explanation of the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, the earlier order dated 09.01.2020 passed by this Court dismissing the Writ Petition as withdrawn, stands re-called. 3.

The Writ Petition is restored to file.
