Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to take action to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 17.09.2019 and 05.10.2020 and 25.01.2021 submitted with regard to survey the petitioner's land by meets and bounds, to an extent of hectares 0.27.13(67 cents), vide patta No.617, comprised in Old survey No.300 & New Survey No.196/2c2 and the present old survey no.300 & new survey No.196/2B1, hectares 0.01.43 vide patta no.454 in Kondappanaickenpalayam Village, Sathyamangalam Taluk, Erode District, by making proper survey over the property. ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to take action to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 17.09.2019 and 05.10.2020 and 25.01.2021 submitted with regard to survey the petitioner's land by meets and bounds, to an extent of hectares 0.27.13(67 cents), vide patta No.617, comprised in Old survey No.300 & New Survey No.196/2c2 and the present old survey no.300 & new survey No.196/2B1, hectares 0.01.43 vide patta no.454 in Kondappanaickenpalayam Village, Sathyamangalam Taluk, Erode District, by making proper survey over the property.

2.Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate entered appearance for the respondents 1 to 4. 3.Since the representation of the petitioner is dated 25.01.2021, which is hardly a month old, this Court does not want to create a situation where it amounts to discriminate those who are already in the queue.

4.Therefore, this Court directs the third respondent to hold an enquiry after the conclusion of the General Elections to the Legislative Assembly - 2021, after issuing notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing, and dispose of the matter through a speaking order within a period of twelve (12) weeks thereafter.

5.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
