O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed challenging the order dated 30.01.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.524 of 2024 in S.C.No.21 of

2019 on the file of the III Additional District Judge, Puducherry and eschew the evidence of P.W.11 dated 10.08.2023 and 08.02.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is seen that as per the order dated 30.01.2024, P.W.11 was re-called and the documents have been marked before the Trial Court.

4. Therefore noting survives in this petition for further adjudication. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a necessary application for re-investigation in respect of the power of attorney, which was marked by the P.W.11, in the manner known to law before the Trial Court.
