The revised rent fixed by the competent authority was accepted by the petitioner, during the pendency of the writ petition and the petitioner agreed to pay the rent as fixed by the competent authorities.

2. This being the factum brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken in respect of the grounds raised in the writ petition.

3. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
