A.No.2139 of 2022 in C.S.No.252 of 1996 A.A.NAKKIRAN, J., This application has been filed to bring on record the Legal Representatives of P.Saraswathi Ammal (Deceased) being the applicants No.1 - 6 herein as plaintiffs in C.S.No.252 of 1996 as well as in the connected applications pending in the Suit.

2.Mr.R.Thiagarajan, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 3, 5 to 7, Mr.K.V.Ananthakrishnan, the learned counsel appearing for the 9th respondent and Mr.C.Jagadish, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 10 to 13 have no serious objections in allowing this application.

3.This application stands allowed accordingly. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in all the concerned records.
