ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a limited relief. The petitioner seeks an early disposal of the O.P.No.32 of 2024, pending on the file of the District Court, Namakkal. Page No.1 of 4

2. Since no adverse order is passed against the respondents in this civil revision petition, notice to the respondents is dispensed with by this Court.

3. The aforesaid O.P. has been filed by petitioner seeking probate of a Will executed by his father. Pleadings are complete in the said O.P. Therefore, no prejudice would be caused to any of the parties, if a direction is issued to the District Court, Namakkal to dispose of O.P.No.32 of 2024, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the said O.P.

4. After giving due consideration to the year of O.P.No.32 of 2024, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of by directing the District Court, Namakkal to dispose of O.P.No.32 of 2024, after recording the evidence of the petitioner and other witnesses, within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
