O R D E R

By the impugned order dated 08.02.2017 in Cr.M.P.No.314 of 2017 in Crime No.60 of 2016, the learned District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore, granted bail to the petitioner on certain conditions. One of the conditions is that the petitioner has to report before the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Tirunelveli daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. Now the present petition has been filed to issue a direction to modify the said condition imposed by the learned District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore. 2.Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, took notice for the respondent and submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by the Trial Court, regularly.

3.Heard both the sides.

4.In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and also considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by the learned District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore, in the order made in Cr.M.P.No.314 of 2017 in Crime No.60 of 2016 dated 08.02.2017, in respect of reporting before the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Tirunelveli, is modified to the effect that she shall report before the Judicial Magistrate, Mettupalayam, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Rest of the conditions imposed by the learned District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore, shall remain unaltered.

5.This petition is ordered accordingly.
