The instant writ petition is filed to issue a writ of certiorari, to call for records of the 1st respondent in Letter No.CFC/REV/FC/R/D. No. Nil dated 24.03.2010 and quash the same. 2.The learned counsel for the respondents has filed a letter No.CFC/REv/FC/R/D.No.95/Dt.21/4/10, wherein, it has been decided to withdraw the instructions issued in the impugned order in the instant writ petition. The letter dated 21.04.2010 is taken on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

record. In view of the same, in the said letter it is also stated that this withdrawal is based on the instructions passed by this Court.

Therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition, and this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
