This Contempt Petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 25.04.2012 made in W.P.No.11975 of 2012.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that, the order under contempt has been complied with.

Recording the submissions of the learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Contempt Petition is closed. If the Petitioner is aggrieved by the proceedings of the Respondents, it is open to him to challenge the same in accordance with law. Also, it is open to the Respondents to take the defence of laches, if it is established that, the Petitioner has not challenged the proceedings before the closure of Contempt Petition.
