Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue the Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the entire records connected with impugned letter of the 1st respondent in Lr.No.CFC/Rev/FC/R/D.No.90 dated 24.03.2010, and quash the same and direct the respondents 1 and 2 to honour the clause (5) of Part-1 in the Appendix of 12(3) settlement dated 18.11.2009 and fill up the posts covered under the settlement irrespective of cadre as per the existing Service Regulations which is in force as on date.
