dated 12.02.2015 passed in C.P.No.619 of 2001, on the file of the Principal Labour Court, Chennai and quash the same. 2. This Court has also perused the common compromise memo. In the common compromise memo, both the parties prayed that the matter has been settled between them, hence to close the writ petitions.

3. In view of the representation of both side counsels and the compromise memo filed before this court, both the Writ Petitions are closed. No costs.
