Prayer: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the respondent herein made in his proceedings Memo.No.6314/1491/Adm.I/A4/F.DVAC-Sus/2009 dated 26.03.2009 and consequential order in Memo No.014367/654/Adm1/A4/F.Sus/2010 dated 27/08/2010 and quash the same as exfacie illegal, unreasonable and unjust and consequently direct the respondent at once to reinstate the petitioner into service with all service attendant benefits. This Writ Petition has been filed to call for the records of the respondent herein made in his proceedings Memo.No.6314/149-1/Adm.I/A4/F.DVAC-Sus/2009 dated 26.03.2009 and consequential order in Memo No.014367/654/Adm1/A4/F.Sus/2010 dated 27/08/2010 and quash the same as exfacie illegal, unreasonable and unjust and consequently direct the respondent at once to reinstate the petitioner into service with all service attendant benefits.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the present writ petition is filed challenging the suspension order of the petitioner and to quash the same. It is further submitted that the same has been set aside in WP.No.30678 of 2018 dated 25.02.2019 and hence, nothing survives in the writ petition.

3. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
