ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking for a direction to complete the execution proceedings in E.P.No.222 of 2021 in O.S.No.128 of 2011 pending on the file of the II Additional District Judge, Puducherry.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that during the pendency of execution proceedings, respondent/Judgment Debtor has reported before the Court along with the petitioner that there is a settlement for Rs.18,00,000/- and further settlement could not be arrived at and execution proceedings is pending and it is adjourned from time to time.

3. Heard the learned counsel for respondent and also perused the record filed by the petitioner including the additional typed set of papers filed by the learned counsel on record.

4. As per adjudication, sale papers filed by the petitioner have been returned as on 14.06.2022 and according to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the sale papers have not been resubmitted so far. The learned counsel for the petitioner has undertaken that they would rectify the defects and resubmit it as quickly as possible and as directed by the execution Court. 2/4

5. Considering circumstances, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of and the learned II Additional District Judge, Puducherry is directed to proceed with the execution petition and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible. No costs.
