J U D G M E N T

[Judgment of the Court was delivered by A.SELVAM., J.] This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has been directed against the order passed in H.M.O.P.No.637 of 2008 by the Principal Family Court, Chennai.

2.The respondent herein, as petitioner, has filed H.M.O.P.No.637 of 2008 on the file of the trial Court, praying to pass a decree of divorce, wherein, the appellant herein as arrayed as sole respondent.

3.The trial Court, after considering the available evidence on record, has allowed H.M.O.P.No.637 of 2008 and thereby, granted a decree of divorce and the same has been challenged in the present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal. 4.During pendency of the same, both the appellant and respondent have entered into a compromise and to that effect, a Memorandum of Understanding has been filed along with C.M.P.No.413 of 2018.

5.Considering the aforesaid factual aspect, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is liable to be disposed of as stated infra.

In fine, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is disposed of in terms of Memorandum of Understanding. The Memorandum of Understanding shall form part of the decree.

No costs. Connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
