There is no representation for the petitioner.

2. This Contempt Petition has been filed for the non-compliance of the interim order passed by this Court in M.P.No.2 of 2012 in W.P.No.26109 of 2012 dated 26.09.2012. However, the main writ petition itself in W.P.No.26109 of 2012 is pending before this Court and the same is listed today along with the contempt petition.

3. Learned Special Government Pleader would submit that the second marriage of the petitioner has been verified by the Treasury Officer through his letter Rc.No.12727/2012/F4 dated 18.10.2012 addressed to the Executive Officer, The Arulmigu Devanatha Swami Thirukoil (under HR&CE department), Tiruvandhipuram, Cuddalore. After verification by the Executive Officer, the Arulmigu Devanatha Swami Tirukoil, Tiruvandhipuram, Cuddalore in their letter dated 25.10.2012 have stated that the petitioner has married Tmt. Inmozhi on 21.08.2008 in their temple and the genuinity also furnished. 2/3

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
