PRAYER IN BOTH WRIT PETITIONS: Writ Petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to grant the electricity service connections to the petitioners agricultural property based on Proceedings of the first respondent dated 21.03.2013 within a stipulated period. For Petitioner in both writ petitions : Mr.K.Selvaraj For Respondents in both writ petitions : Mr.Varunkumar (TNEB) for R1 to R3 R4 to R6 (No appearance) C O M M O N O R D E R This Court, on 19.12.2014, reserved the writ petitions for Judgments. When the matters are listed for Judgments on 09.09.2015, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, in both the writ petitions, is not pressing the above writ petitions and he has also made endorsements to that effect in the Court bundles. In view of the same, the above writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. There is no order as to costs.
