O R D E R

The prayer sought for herein is for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents herein to survey/measure the petitioner's lands measuring 0.5 cents in S.F.No.129/2B1B and 129/2B2 situated at Enusonai Village, Soolagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District based on E.Challan dated 21.01.2023 and his representation dated 03.01.2023.

In order to survey/measure the petitioner's land to the extent of 0.5 cents at S.F.No.129/2B1B and 129/2B2 situated at Enusonai Village, Soolagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District, the petitioner has given a representation/application on 03.01.2023 to the respondents and necessary fee to that effect also had been paid by the petitioner on 20th January 2023, therefore in order to consider the said application submitted by the petitioner, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.P.Muruganraja, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

4. The learned Government Advocate for the respondents would 2/4

submit that, the said application submitted by the petitioner would be considered and needful would be undertaken by the respondents by completing the survey within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.

Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate for the respondents, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition with the following orders: There shall be a direction to the respondents to consider the application of the petitioner dated 03.01.2023 and do the needful by completing the survey within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
