Prayer:- This Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus to call for the records in connection with the order of detention passed by the second respondent vide C3.D.O.No.31 of 2015 dated 12.03.2015 and set aside the same and consequently direct the respondents to produce the detenu Venkatesan S/o.Parthasarathy, aged about 33 years, husband of the petitioner, now confined at Central Prison, Vellore, before this Court and set him at liberty. [Order of the Court was made by S.TAMILVANAN, J.] Petitioner, who is the wife of the detenu, has come forward with this petition challenging the detention order passed by the second respondent dated 12.03.2015 against her husband, branding him as a "Black Marketeer".

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, would submit that the detention order passed against the husband of the petitioner dated 12.03.2015 in C3.D.O.No.31 of 2015 on the file of the second respondent is revoked on the opinion expressed by the Advisory Board by the Government of India in G.O.Rt.No.166, Cooperation, Food and Consumer Protection (E3) Department, dated 30.04.2015 and produced a copy of the said order.

3. In view of the above, this petition is closed as it has become infructuous.
