(Order of the Court was delivered by V.M.VELUMANI, J.) The present writ petition is filed calling for the records relating to the enquiry notice in C.No.288/SJ & HR/ST Vigilance Cell/DPI/2023, dated 18.01.2023 on the file of the 3rd respondent, quash the same.

2. Heard Mr.S.Doraiswamy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as Mr.P.Gurunathan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the entire materials on record.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Gurunathan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that pending writ petition the Tamil Nadu State Level Scrutiny Committee passed order confirming that the community certificate issued to the petitioner is genuine. 2/4

4. In view of the same, no further order is necessary in the writ petition and accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
