When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the petitioner was aged about 57 years at the time of filing of this Writ Petition and the proceedings dated 13.10.2005 initiated against the petitioner would have been commenced and concluded by this time.

2. Since the present Writ Petition has been filed against the Co-operative Society, in view of the judgment of this Court in the case of K.Marappan vs. The Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Namakkal Circle, Namakkal and another reported in 2006-4-L.W.495, this writ petition is not maintainable before this Court. dismissed on the said ground. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
