2. The respondent appeared in person along with his counsel.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the respondent is employed in a private concern in a technical position. However, he was harassed by the petitioner and has the responsibility of taking care of the child. Nevertheless, he has no objection to transferring the case and seeks speedy disposal of the proceedings.

4. Considering the fact that, as on date, the petitioner has not appeared before this Court, though she seeks transfer of the case from the Family Court, Tiruppur, to the Family Court-II, Coimbatore, this Court is inclined to allow the transfer.

5. Accordingly, the case is transferred to the Family Court-II, Coimbatore, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall file her counter objections within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of notice from the Family Court. Thereafter, the learned Family Court Judge is directed to dispose of the case within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Immediately upon receipt of the records, the Family Court is directed to issue notice to both parties.
