ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent, the lawful authority to survey and demarcate our property to an extent of 1.10 cents comprised in S.No.427/5 situated at Karaipudur Village, Palladam Taluk, Tiruppur District within time frame that may stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

Heard Mr.S.Ellangovan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Baladhandayutham, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The petitioner submitted an application, dated 22.11.2019 to survey and demarcate the property to an extent of 1.10 cents comprised in S.No.427/5 situated at Karaipudur Village, Palladam Taluk, Tiruppur District. The petitioner had also paid the requisite fees to survey and demarcate the property.

Considering the above, the respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner, counter parties and adjacent owners if any and on production of all original title deeds in respect of the subject property and the parent deed between the family members by the petitioner, pass orders to survey and demarcate the property to an extent of 1.10 cents comprised in S.No.427/5 situated at Karaipudur Village, Palladam Taluk, Tiruppur District, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
