[Order of the Court was made by V.SIVAGNANAM, J.] Seeking a direction to the third respondent to produce the petitioner's granddaughter J.Mahalakshmi, aged about 15 years before this Court and to hand over her custody to the petitioner, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Today, Mr.Sathyabalan, Constable, Gudiyatham Town Police Station, Vellore District is present.

3.On instructions, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the victim girl has been secured in Gudiyatham Town Police Station Crime No.51 of 2021 and she is likely to be produced before the Judicial Magistrate, Gudiyatham today (02.03.2021).
