Hence, the matter was directed to be posted under the caption 'for dismissal' on 03.02.2023. On 03.02.2023, when the matter was called, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks time to verify as to whether anything survives in the matter and hence, the matter was directed to be posted on 06.02.2023 under the same caption ' for dismissal'.
