2. Today, when the contempt petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order of this court dated 11.02.2021 made in W.P. No.2914 of 2021 has been complied with by the respondent vide letter dated 10.03.2022 in Ni.Mu.No.5592/Na O Sa(2)/2021, addressed to the petitioner. A copy of the said communication is produced by the learned counsel for the petitioner for the perusal of this court.

3. In the light of the order of the respondent dated 10.03.2022 and the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the contempt petition is closed. No costs. However, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings of the respondent or to agitate the issue, in case the amount is not paid.
