This petition is filed to condone the delay of 15 days in preferring the above Criminal Revision.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 15 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case is condoned and the petition is ordered.
